Chipotle Mexican Grill

My first time shopping at this location was 12/01/2026, I ordered for different locations but I decided to take another opportunity and think that the first time was just a mistake. And the first time I ordered a Chicken Bowl and I got a big black hair in between the food, and it was not my hair since my hair is not black, besides that my order was ready when I arrived and asked for it and while I was waiting for the employees to give me they just sent me to the window and they calmly there. Standing talking to each other, I would have understood that they would make me wait if they were busy, but this is relaxed, my second time I bought a burrito and the same thing I had another hair and also that burrito was salty and acidic. Burrito was huge and delicious. The place was clean, the line moved fast, and the workers genuinely looked like friends having fun, which made the whole vibe way better. Definitely a good Chipotle run. First time at this location. Will be back

The service sucks. For a $10 - $15 bowl the amount of food that you are served is what you give to a toddler especially when one young Spanish girl that normally work in the evening is the one serving the food. She is rude and her customer service is zero. She really need to be retrained. The food is no doubt good and I have referred more than eight members of my family and friends to this location unfortunately they all have the same complaint. Hope the management of this location take note of this and make corrections as soon as possible. Even though we live in Patchogue we are now seriously considering patronizing the location in Shirley.

My First Ever Review — This Chipotle Deserves It! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to this Chipotle location. I placed a pickup order on 4/22/25 around 8–8:30 PM and only got a kids meal — and it was honestly the best meal I’ve had in a while. It was packed perfectly, the portion was great, and the guacamole was super fresh and flavorful. Also, I just wanted to mention the woman working in the pickup area — lighter-skinned, Black, with glasses. I haven’t seen her before, so maybe she’s new? Either way, she seemed on top of things and just had a really positive presence. Whether or not she made my order, I appreciated her! Whoever was working during that time — you all did a great job. This Chipotle seems good quality… my beef barbecoa was less spicy than the one in NJ. I like that because I can taste the beef, and it’s good quality beef! The guacamole look very not fresh when I was there, but results may vary, so I recommend coming in to order instead of delivery. Always.
