Chipotle Mexican Grill

By all means, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE (especially through Uber Eats). This Chipotle location consistently sends out rotten food in online orders: guacamole, meat, lettuce, you name it. It feels intentional, because there’s no way they would serve such low-quality, spoiled items if you were standing right in front of them at the counter! This has now happened to me three separate times when ordering via Uber Eats. That’s not a coincidence, it’s a pattern. At this point, I won’t be ordering online ever again, and honestly, I don’t think I can trust this place with my food at all anymore. Chipotle manager: take it seriously! your customers deserve good quality food, especially when you’re charging extra for some of the items!

Gave this a place a try even with the bad reviews. I must each bad review is true. The people working have the worst customer service. They all seem like they hate there job and could careless about the food quality. The lobby was dirty each. The steak was chewy the food overall just terrible. Line set looks like old food.

No one spoke English, the food was 🧊, the steak was dry and chewy, my 🌮 were stacked in basket, and impossible to handle without making a huge mess. 🤬 Please don’t get me started on the $4 Mexican Coke…. 🥤 I just hate this place. 💩 So why did I come here? I’m a YouTube partner and I get perks, so this was a freebie. I should’ve just gone elsewhere and paid for my lunch. ➡️ [Update] less than 30 minutes after I ate here, I started having sharp intestinal pain that sent me straight to the bathroom where I had an 🧨 Chipotle fiesta.

I have never been to a chipotle as miserable as this one, they give you half a spoonful of protein, it is the second and last time I come, the staff is so miserable with the food, I am ashamed that there are people like that, implement a standard measure for each service . First time I eat at a Chipotle and I am hungry, and I don't usually eat a lot, but they exaggerated! Increase the prices if you want, but the person should eat and go out as they please. I see a total failure in this location, oh and not to mention that the fourth half of a teaspoon of protein they gave me was a disgusting ball of fat. what a disgusting thing

I eat at this chipotle often but have stopped over the past couple months because I feel that they don’t care about the food they cook. Steak is bland, chips had so much salt on it that it could put someone through cardiac arrest. They need to do better. Sorry but not sorry.
