Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this Chipotle location a few times before, but this last visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. It felt like they were annoyed that I was even placing an order. On top of that, the portions were shockingly small. They barely put any rice, protein, or toppings in the bowl — way less than what other Chipotle locations serve — yet they’re still charging full price. If I’m paying the same amount, I expect consistent portions. This felt like half a serving. To make it worse, they were out of multiple veggies and several key ingredients. It seems like every time I go here, something is unavailable. How does a major chain constantly run out of basic items? Overall, very disa

When this place first opened it was legit. But now the drive through takes wayy too long for pickup orders. This is the second time it’s happened. I’m talking 20 min+ to pickup an on line order. And that’s just to get to the window because 2 other cars in front of me are also waiting. Then it’s another 5 min or more for your order. No apology for the wait, the cashier could care less. I won’t be going back to this location.

First, we just got to the place at 11:15 and it opened at 10:45. The food looked not fresh and so many items were missing. The service was slow and Poor because there was only 3 people working. No salad dressing available for my salad. No tabasco sauce. No salsa. When checking out no receipt was giving or even asked. I'm guess who the manager was was just walking around and giggling. A party of 3 people ordering food with no wait was in the place for over 20 minutes. It never took me that long to get food at this place, but it will be a very long time before I ever go there during my lunch break again. Do better Chipotle. Very disappointed.

I recently dined at Chipotle for a fundraiser for my daughter’s school marching band. We ordered three burrito bowls. Everything was very fresh! Normally I get a steak bowl with just cilantro-lime rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce and mozzarella cheese. Today, I decided to try it with the sauces on the side: Sour cream, tomatillo-green chile salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, guacamole, and fresh tomato salsa. It was super delicious and flavorful! It is extra for the second meat option. Overall we had a great time! I definitely recommend Chipotle for an organization fundraiser!

This store closes at 11pm. We were standing in line since 8:45pm and when we reached the counter to order at 9:15pm, they said they are out of lettuce , veggies , corn , salsa, Basically everything that’s needed for veggie burritos , taco or bowl. Atleast expected a courtesy to inform the people standing in line for 30 minutes that they don’t have basic ingredients. Cashier was rude. They were out of napkins also. Do not recommend this location
