So fantastic I have Chipotle right in front of my house !!I am so happy with my to go order and taste of it ! Very fresh and good amount of it ! Just need a little work around the place.( cleaning around drink section and tables ) . I will for sure go almost everyday !!
Don’t let the crazy bad reviews deter you from visiting this location! We have ordered 4 times and each time the food and service was excellent! I’m going back again today!
It is so very evident that the manager/owner of this location is clueless. Went in today 30 minutes after they opened and the entire place was destroyed. Every table dirty, floors filthy, trash overflowing. No way this happened in the first 30 minutes they were open, which makes me believe it was left that way from the night before. They were already out of fajita veggies and said they don’t have the chimicuhirri anymore even though they have a sign for it. One poor girl was working the line by herself while two others showed zero urgency while prepping food. Line was quickly around the store. At check not one employee could figure out my rewards. I’m so very happy to have Chipotle in Nolensville ! Went within the first few days and they were working hard to put out fresh ingredients to keep everything stocked. My bowl was fresh and delicious!
They’re literally so slow do not care about customers at all. I don’t think it’s the employees I think it’s just very poorly managed which is a shame. I waited an extra 20 minutes for an order and there literally was no rush and like 2 customers in and 8 ppl working like what
