Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just got charged 19.01 for 1 bowl. NOTHING else. The menu's highest price listed is 11.70. Yet somehow I'm charged the base price of 13.10? This bowl is definitely NOT worth 19.01. Then when I asked why the 2.60 proce difference NO ONE had any answers! TOTAL BS!

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. This was our first time at this particular location. It was absolutely disgusting inside this restaurant. There was food debris literally everywhere throughout the restaurant. On the floors, tables, and chairs. The soda foundation area was also very gross and the kitchen was a mess. There was no reason for the restaurant to look that way, employees were literally standing around not doing anything, but talking. While we were standing in line to order our food we watched one of the employees put on gloves to cook chicken only to place her gloved hand on her hip!!! Not only was this restaurant filthy, they can't manage to follow simple health codes. My husband and I were completely shocked. We will never be coming back to this location.

This one hurts.1:30om Saturday I love Chipolte. First time going in my home town. Drive 15 miles often to Carson City. Service was great. Wanted 2 salad bowls. Employee tried to stretch the salad but I asked him to get more which he did. While he was gone I looked at the selections. Most empty Asada steak looked like jerkey. No Veggies, beans were from hours ago. Sorry you dont have the volume. Stir the trays every 10 minutes. Walked out. Went to taco bell. Much better at 1/3 the price. Hope this helps you.

I got horribly sick from food poisoning. I ordered the beef barbacoa at 6:30 PM. By 10 o’clock I was very nauseated and had abdominal pains and by 11 I was throwing up violently. I should’ve gone with my gut feeling and left the place when I looked at the meat. I originally wanted steak, but they only had a few pieces left and those pieces appeared as if they were sitting for several hours. Beware!

Clean, good food, not too crowded and friendly staff however they are always out of multiple items (e.g. some of the protein, no veggies, no white rice) and they seem to struggle with effective throughput only one person assembling the food instead of two like at other chipotle restaurants. I would definitely come here again, just mind the slightly longer wait than usual.
