This Chipotle location on City Ave in Merion Station, PA has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. My food was made with care and turned out to be very good. Keep up the good work 👍
Had it three times so far. It was very good, portion sizes were large, and they seemed nice. Very clean inside and well taken care of. Very good chipotle experience honestly. I was expecting mediocrity.
The new employees are very ignorant don’t know why they need to look like a deer in headlights with their lips to the floor over a simple question as to why a cup of sauce is a $1 with 0.70 tax. They don’t fill how they should and they look at you like you’re the incompetent one over simple questions. Hire people who are acclimated to the public.
Customer service was AMAZING!! I usually never leave reviews but they were so friendly I had to commend them!
Pretty normal chipotle experience. The staff were very nice and the food was typical and average.
