Chipotle Mexican Grill is my go-to spot during the workday, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and everything tastes clean and satisfying without feeling heavy. Service is fast and efficient even during peak lunch hours, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving while staying friendly. Portions are generous, and it’s easy to customize a meal that fits whatever you’re in the mood for, protein-packed, light, or indulgent. Reliable, tasty, and convenient. Good flavor as other Chipotle’s. However, the portions are a bit skimpy. More rice PLEASE… 🙏🏻 My handle is Frugal Cyclist NOT Famished Cyclist. 😅 Read the reviews and you’ll see many also feel the same… The customer shouldn’t still be hungry after a meal if it’s properly served to correct proportions.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP!!! Make sure you go in and order or it will be wrong. I ordered double portion of hot honey chicken. Maybe I got 3/4 of a single serving of chicken if I were to order in person. For an extra $5.25 or whatever it is. That should be full of chicken. Almost a lb of rice. And the rice is clumpy. I’m going to find another store to go too. Even if I have to drive further away.

Food was fine but there are obvious management issues. 1. Worker was on his cell phone instead of being ready to take orders. 2. Napkin Dispenser was empty 3. Every table was filthy. Dirt and empty straws left on several seats. 4. Garbage cans were all full or near capacity. Location needs management training. These are simple fixes that will go a long way.

This restaurant is filthy. Leaving one to wonder if they don't clean up the place, how do they handle the food? Photos of overflowing garbage pails were from January 2024, photos of the counter were taken the first week of May 2024. After they bag your food, they slide your bag along their dirty counter, so their dirt can land on your car seat or tabletop. I asked when I was paying, why the place is so filthy, and received a response from the cashier, "that they are too busy to have any time to clean." The restrooms in the NYC subway are cleaner than this place.
