The Honey Baked Ham Company

The customer service was splendid. I ordered the Ham Classic Signature Sandwich with no tomatoes. The lady cashier was so nice. The man in the back made my order. I spoke to him and he was nice as well. I ate the sandwich and it was good, but they put honey mustard with the mayonnaise. That wasn't a good combo for me. I think next time, I'll only get the mayonnaise. I ate their oatmeal raisin cookie and it was good, too. I purchased their champagne mustard and can't wait to see how that tastes.

Let me start by saying, I AM GOING BACK. I called to place an order for Easter. Granted, I was late to the game, but on the phone, I was told they had everything I wanted and that it was NOT necessary for me to pay in advance. When I got there. Boneless ham was not available to me. I was told, "You should have come in to pay for it." WHO KNEW!! Nobody told me that!! I would have ran right over! Good thing is, the bone in ham was already sliced, cut around the bone and easy to serve. Sides were delicious too. You can head right over there on any day for lunch! Well, I've been back 3 times! Didn't add cheese to my sandwich and the guacamole (avocado) wasn't fresh. I called in and the Manager was so nice and said I could stop by for a refund. I haven't had a chance to go back but he was nice. I'll give this place another chance for sure.

Came here today for the first time from rockville centre because I wanted real ham and turkey. This place did not disappoint! Cleon and Brian were absolutely wonderful with the customer service, friendly and the food came out very quickly! They even refrigerated my purchases for me until I was done dining. The broccoli salad was amazing and the tavern sandwich was huge and delicious. I will be coming back and the establishment is extremely clean.

Busy day as we were picking up for Thanksgiving. People were nice . Unfortunately, they ran out of the stuff we ordered so had to get something else.
