Chipotle Mexican Grill

This experience was extremely disappointing. This was a pickup order, and when I got home and opened my bowl, it was barely filled and had close to no meat at all. The portion was nowhere near what’s advertised and considering Chipotle’s prices, this felt like a complete rip off especially when paying extra for protein, and this bowl didn’t come close! It had honestly looked like leftovers rather than a full meal but for full price. This place has had a lot of issues and should be looked into by corporate chipotle. For customers coming here I’d recommend moes instead…

They ran out of protein and did not tell us until they were scooping it. Literally just a few dry pieces left in the tubs. Gave us half scoops and got charged for Double meat and this is all I got. Most expensive rice Ive ever bought.

My food wasn’t ready for pick up when I got there (no big deal) both of the gentlemen that helped me at the pick up window were so kind to me! I was greeted with a huge smile and was offered a free drink for having to wait. I frequent Chipotles quite a bit and this is by far the best customer service I’ve received from any store!! Kudos to the Highway N store! I’ll definitely come to this location more often.

Yesterday around 7:30pm I put an order in for delivery. This Chipotle is my favorite location and its close to my home. I spent around $56 for my 2 bowls and sides. That's expected and was fine. My order arrived around 8:10pm. I was shocked to find that what I had ordered wasn't in the bag. The order was completely wrong. I tried calling the location but because it was a delivery order the system wouldn't let me speak to a crew member because it said they were busy helping other customers. I am one week post surgery and I am not cleared to drive but had to go up there to speak to someone. When I arrived most of the crew were standing around talking not busy at all.
