Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location started off great. They would actually have what they needed to complete your order. Fast forward 6 months and they are turning into the Southaven Chipotle. Constantly running out of food, chips are grease logged and rubbery, and the employees just don’t care. I went tonight and they told me they were out of meat. It’s not the first time either. It’s pretty sad. Lack of good management will destroy any business very quickly. That’s what’s happening here, and most of Desoto County. Just because you buy into a franchise, doesn’t guarantee your success. You still have to put in the work.

I was here at this location around 7:30 and they had this poor girl on the line by herself and it’s was about 10 people and she has no help! the manger was no where to be found and the Mexican girl I think her name was janel was very rude! I will not be back to this location DO BETTER your workers are not slaves and I hope that girl quit

Having one employee preparing food, while other able bodies are available to help according to customer needs is an issue. Numerous of times I've experienced this.

I really enjoy eating at this location, but for some reason, they have the doors locked when they’re supposed to be open at times.

I’m 23 and never had chipotle or went to one but decided to go and I went. To the worker name Jay, THANK YOU. She was very helpful and the food was a 10/10 I will come again!
