Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been holding off on writing this, but today was the final straw. If you’re thinking about stopping by this Chipotle, don’t. Let me break down why: 1. Unprofessional staff — One of the guys on the line looked and acted completely out of it. It’s not my place to assume, but he was clearly not in the right state to be handling food. 2. He didn’t even drain the beans — I watched him scoop soupy black beans straight into my tacos without draining them. So now, not only were my tacos soggy, but they were literally falling apart before I could even sit down. 3. I asked for two chicken tacos and one steak — He looked me dead in my face and still gave me all chicken. When I politely corrected him, he said he didn’t hear me. I’ve been working on a project nearby, and this Chipotle has been my go-to for a quick and filling meal. Mobile ordering has been a lifesaver—by the time I get there, my food is usually ready to grab and go. It’s been a consistently good experience, aside from one day when I used Chipotle Lane and had to go inside to pick up my order and inside they were just talking. Also, on rare occasions, the rice isn’t perfectly cooked.

Placed a delivery order And it came with no meat at all. In the store doesn’t answer the phone nor can you speak to a live person in customer service what am I supposed to do with this?

Should’ve known this place was a dump when there was no line at 11:45am. All the employees were in the dining area eating. One of them actually got up to take my order. Most ingredients were at the bottom instead of filled to the rim with toppings. There were no onions and peppers. I ask them when they were going to have them? She said soon. I said I’ll wait. She immediately found the ingredients 🙄. Yet the onions and peppers were all gooey and not al dente. I was hungry but I will never go here again.

this is the absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been in!! The food was extremely salty the staff were eating and having a good time leaving customers waiting. The young lady was making my salad, with a mouth full of food, try to eat and serve me at the same time. Smh... I'm never coming back
