Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a bowl for pickup, since the restaurant is always busy and the workers lack basic customer service, ended up getting 3/4 of a bowl. There was 1/4 of the bowl completely empty. I’ve never had a bowl from them this small there’s only small amounts of everything I ordered aside from all the sour cream. I’m gonna start going to the Vandalia location from now on. This place is a dumpster on the inside and lacks proper management.

It used to be great ! But now they consistently screw up online orders and are 30 minutes late on pickup. As you wait in line you notice 2-3 young ppl working very hard while everyone else stands around on their phone , particularly the woman I assume is the manager . But now , if you like chipotle , it would be faster if you drove the extra 10 minutes to Vandalia rather than wait and get ignored for a half hour .

Ordered online because it’s miserable to stand in a long line and watch one person work. Not expecting an overflowing bowl but cmon, this is exactly how I opened it. It’s worth the extra 10 min drive to go to the one in vandalia.

Tastes exactly like dirt, literally like someone picked up a vegetable out of the garden and didn’t wash the outside. This ENTIRE meal is going in the TRASH! Will not eat at this location again- should have read the reviews!!

Location: Chipotle – Englewood Horrible service experience. I asked for extra vegetables (which I know do not come with an extra charge), but the worker was very reluctant and difficult. I had to ask three separate times, and even then, they were hesitant. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re attending this location, be prepared for poor customer service and to possibly not getting what you ask for even if it’s something simple and standard like extra vegetables and black beans. This was for 2 orders.
