Chipotle Mexican Grill

As good as a Chipotle can be. Staff was nice. Portions were appropriately sized. Line moved quickly even though we were here at peak lunch time. A bit of a challenge to get out of the car park do to some current road construction -no fault to the restaurant -not reflected in my review. My kid is local and this is the go-to Chipotle, so we were both surprised by the <3-star rating.

Extremely inconsistent with portion sizes and fresh food!!! Go to any other chipotle because this will not give you your moneys worth. I got to the end of the line and had them keep my bowl. There’s so way I’d spend more than 10$ and barely get any food! The employees are rude and food isn’t up to standard.

Bad customer service. Came in to PURCHASE tortillas. As one of the employees was starting to prepare them for me, the manager told me she wont allow me to purchase tortillas. I have been doing this at chipotles around the area for years now. This was the first time I have heard of it being an issue. Won’t be returning to this location again.

The employee that checked us out was rude and didn't smile at all. He was incapable of using a reward. I had when I looked at the terms I was able to use the reward. It seemed like the whole time he had no idea what he was doing. Will not be coming back to this location.

Packaging is important, especially on your delivery orders. Please ensure when preparing an order for delivery that you package the order in such a way YOU would want to receive your food. As I was being handed my order, my burrito fell out of the bag onto the floor. It was poorly wrapped so therefore the open side of the foil landed on the floor. The bag was completely soiled. The only good thing is.. when I called to report this, the customer service specialist was very helpful. Oh and my large chips and guac were not in the bag. Prepare your customer’s order the way you would want yours prepared. I wasted my entire lunch on something so unnecessary and still didn’t get to eat anything. So thanks.
