Extremely Disrespectful Staff & Unsafe Food Experience I visited the Chipotle at Dedham Mall. December 30th, 2025 around 6:00pm and had the worst service and most disappointing experience ever at a chipotle location. I ordered a bowl with steak, and the steak I was served was visibly red, chewy, and undercooked. I have eaten at Chipotle many times, including this location and never have I seen this happen nor how the steak is usually prepared. When I calmly asked an employee if this was really the steak, another staff member interrupted and dismissively said, “That’s how the steak comes,” which was not true based on my past visits, advertisements, and other people’s experiences. Instead of addressing my concern about food safety, she attempted to offer more of the same undercooked steak

Oh wow it was so nice , the workers here were more professional and we didn't have to be bouncing around trying to figure out which was out plate , since in the other Chipotle that we went to a couple of days ago was seriously ridiculous and it started an argument with my self and another customer because he was trying to keep up with his dish because the workers kept switch spots . It was like a circus. One worker went to the front another came out of no where to take our oder , .it was so frustrating. My niece loves Chipotle and I'm not from here , so she wants to always eat at Chipotle. I told her find a different one because I will not go to the same one we went to the other day. So she found this one and it was such a delight. Place was clean , we sat down and enjoyed

I would give them zero stars if I could I got the protein “cup” It was about the volume of one Chicken nugget it was in a small to go size cup container. It was laughable the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Do not go to this chipotle absolutely terrible customer service.

It's a very good place to eat, it has a very nice decoration, but in another aspect there was a bit of disorder and food on the floor, things that can be improved.

This Chipotle location is always welcoming and well-run. The service is quick, attentive, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Special shoutout to the manager, Karen. She’s incredibly friendly with customers and clearly cares about creating a positive atmosphere. You can really tell the team is well supported here. I’ll definitely be back!
