Chipotle Mexican Grill

Even the plain chicken is spicy. The music was so loud we couldn't even talk. It was 6pm & the chips were so stale- they make them fresh every morning, they said- but the kids chips bags are thin so they were very stale. Chips 9 hours old are too old, don't get them after lunch time. To top it off- my daughter got a huge lettuce core in her burrito. Not a great experience.

The staff is pretty fast and friendly here. They take care to make sure our order is just the way we want it. The chicken and rice can't be beat! And I always have to get the guacamole and corn relish. Yum!

Chipotle, Chesterton, IN was horrible. We waited 20 minutes in line to even place our order. There were only 3 customers in front of us. They were working on their drive thru orders & not worrying about the customers in the store. We then asked for sour cream & charged us $1.80. We said we’ve waited 25 min to get this food & you’re charging us?! He laughed at me. Seriously?! You can’t throw this in?! And…..their sidewalks were full of snow! It wasn’t snowing so not sure when it snowed! That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls! Extremely disappointed in your store & the manager! The girl who took our order was friendly but she also had to work on the drive thru orders before ours! I guess we should have gone through the drive thru!

I am coming here because their help bots are run by AI and they’re shorting me an entree reimbursement and I cannot even talk to a real person to get this resolved. I ordered two bowls and whoever put them together not only mislabeled them, put the wrong mix of ingredients in each bowl. I am a vegetarian that hates lettuce and my friend that I shared the meal with does not care for the salsa verde that was put on her steak bowl. I went through the app to get a reimbursement but they will only give me a voucher for one meal. It’s not cheap to eat here and I understand mistakes happen but really? I have been going to chipotle at least since 2020 and I have gotten take out at this location 2x and loved it! I’m very disappointed.

I have visited this franchise on three separate occasions around 6 p.m., but each time, several menu items were unavailable. While the staff was pleasant, my inquiries about the repeated shortages were dismissed without explanation. Given that the location remains open until 10 p.m., this consistent lack of popular food items is a significant issue. I recommend that other customers be aware that their desired food choices may not be available after 6 p.m. This is an area that management should address to improve the customer experience.
