Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a steak bowl tonight and the food itself was good—fresh and flavorful as expected. However, the overall experience at this location was really disappointing. The restaurant was filthy. The dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the restrooms were downright gross. It’s clear this place is lacking leadership. They need a manager and shift leader who actually care about cleanliness and customer experience. A little effort would go a long way here.

Love this location! Often times on the week day evenings it’s the same young boys that work together, they seem to be in good spirits and work together well. I wish I knew their names but they are generous with the portions and serve us well. There is always a huge stack of extra supply in the corner of the restaurant that’s a little funny to see, not too much seating inside but we often take it to go anyways so doesn’t bother us!

I’ve gone here many times over the years since it’s the closest location to my house. However I usually will drive further away to another location because every time I’ve ordered brown rice from this location it has been crunchy and hard and the food is overall never up to the standards held at other locations. You would think over a 2 year period there would be one visit where the rice has been perfected, but no. I’m leaning towards forever giving up on this specific location.

I come here alot as its close to work and the food itself is not bad usually. The people working on the other hand can be soooo rude. They are so mad they have to work, its not everyone. Today the woman on the line said "I heard you what else do you want" in a very rude tone...when she hadnt even put the topping on the bowl. Then proceed to put the wrong topping on my bowl after being rude. Giving every customer a rude look while shes topping your food. I walked in smiling, and left wondering why people work in customer service if you cant be nice. This has happend quite a few times here in diffrent scenarios, thats why im finally leaving a review.
