Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was good and the service was great—friendly and fast. However, the restaurant was not clean during our visit. Tables were dirty, and a large catering order was taking up about six tables, leaving very few spots for other customers to sit. A little more attention to cleanliness and space management would really improve the experience.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in a while, but the crew working today (3/5 at 4:30 PM) just provided the best experience I’ve ever had at any location, period. This shift team is absolutely ON IT. I especially want to shout out the manager—a Black woman with braids and a lighter complexion—who led the team with such grace, kindness, light-heartedness, and efficiency. The communication between the staff was top-tier (front-facing and back/kitchen), the food was perfectly stocked, and the customer service was flawless. Corporate: Give this entire shift a raise and some serious recognition. This is exactly how you keep a store running and customers coming back.

!ATTENTION! TO CORPORATE OR THE APPROPRIATE PARTIES: This chipotle is the most distinguished and tightest run chipotle I have ever been to. It is extremely clean, not to mention the quality of food is outstanding. All the staff are attentive and joy-filled individuals that create an atmosphere worth experiencing in itself. However, one staff member in particular has consistently gone above and beyond all realistic expectations of the chipotle experience. Montana, who I believe to be the manager of this chipotle, ensures that every customer gets the highest quality of service while also uplifting her fellow teammates. We greatly appreciate your hard work Montana, thank you!!

First of all wish I could get this place zero Stars. I was in a hurry so I decided to get some food here cuz my son wanted it to. As soon as I walked in I was told that they were out of fajita veggies and corn salsa. So I was like fine whatever you know but then I noticed that the portions were super small. And forgive me if I'm wrong but they charge extra for guac and the other locations didn't? So now I'm looking around and I'm starting to regret my decision because I noticed that the place was super dirty. So long story short I decided to read reviews on the place. Sure looks like they literally never have fajita veggies. Place looks like it has roaches. Really regretting my decision and will never be back! This Chipotle is my go-to branch—it’s close, convenient, and always fast. I usually order through the app and just grab my pickup, and it’s always ready when I arrive. The process is smooth, making it a hassle-free option for a quick meal. The location is in a busy area with shared parking, so finding a spot can take a little time, especially during peak hours. But overall, it’s a reliable spot for fresh and fast food when I’m on the go!
