I come here multiple times a week, and I’ve never once had to follow the old CEO’s advice about asking for better portions… until today. I ordered double chicken like I always do, and the first woman helping me was great. But when it came to the extras, the guac, corn, and sour cream …that’s where things got iffy. Instead of giving me a normal full scoop of guac, she kept dipping the spoon in and doing these tiny little scoops to make it look like a full portion. I told her I wanted more guac, and she asked if I wanted double. I told her she didn’t even give me a full scoop in the first place. everything i ordered was incorrect my entire orderd was wrong and i also got another persons order in my order. the call tone will not allow me to speak to the customer service. i want a full refund and i deserve a response!!! no corn no queso and no brown rice i don’t know who jason is

absolutely the worst chipotle i’ve ever gotten i ordered it on doordash they messed up my order added pinto beans instead of black beans there was no cheese like i ordered the bowls both mine and my friends were filled up less then half way in the middle of me eating my bowl i choked on something that shouldn’t have been in my bowl it was almost like a wood…. by the end of my bowl i seen a hair. it was absolutely disgusting i will never come nor doordash from this location ever again
