Worst experience ever in a Five Guys. I’ve put a pick-up order with 4 burgers and small fries. The bag was missing one burger and the fries was nothing like what I would expect. After calling the store they informed they could cook another burger or give it as a credit for a future visit. Really??? I’m not going to drive back to your store! You should offer delivering it for free! But according to the attendant they won’t do delivery as a “corporate direction”. If I’ve ordered four burgers it probably because I have four people willing for food, and willing to have a meal together and *at the same time*! Your “corporate direction” made you lose a customer.

The only reason I went here is because of the bogo offer. I then ran into all types of hoops to get that offer like having to download the app and then ordering online while I waited. The first thing the staff did was make the shakes while I waited on the burgers and fries. Also that price was still a little high, $40 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 shakes & 1 regular fry. Tasted good but never coming back

This was the first time coming to this location and I definitely will be coming back the staff was so friendly the register person greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I ordered a cheeseburger fries and originally a soft drink but the register person told me about the milkshakes and I was sold so I got a milkshake instead of the drink with my meal  10/10

Other than the high price point, I love this place. At the end of the day, it's a burger. A damn good one but still a burger. At least you know it's real meat and fries, not frozen. The fries could be a bit better but still has high marks from me. Overall, I'd recommend if a single cheeseburger, shake and fries for approximately $20.00 is a bit much.

I ordered bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo grilled onions and jalapeño peppers. What I got was just double cheese burger with out any thing but lettuce. I informed the staff about the issue. Offered me a new bacon cheeseburger but I had to wait more time I already spent there for my original order. It seems the stuff is too busy taking selfies than getting customers order right. Not coming back
