Chipotle Mexican Grill

My wife and I have gone here twice and have been very disappointed both times. The service was so slow. The food was either dry or tiny portions or just not available, like guacamole for example. How can you be out of guacamole from 5pm and we come at 8:30pm and there’s still none made?! The kitchen was a mess, the dining room was so bad that I would not dine in. The employees are way under staffed.

New beautiful location but the service was HORRIBLE…. Super long waits about 40 minutes.. ridiculous id say …. They were very penny pinchers.. not a full portion at all 1/3 like they’re saving for someone else.. probably won’t be back to this location again .. quality of chipotle went down drastically.. ******* READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE *******

When you order ahead you get half a bowl of food. Wait time was soooo long even when we ordered ahead, it wasn’t ready for pick up. Then got home and opened it up and only had half a bowl. Order was supposed to be 2 double chicken bowls and I got two half bowls. Chicken had so many fatty, unbeatable pieces. They also forgot the queso. Absolutely ridiculous for spending $37.

Brand New location and its by far the BEST location I have been to! Santiago had amazing customer service. He was wonderful. I stopped by on my way home around 9:15pm. Got a generous amount of meat in both my bowls and both bowls were giant. The price paid was well worth the money spent. This location is on my way home and will gladly continue to visit it. So happy to have it so close to my house. I did get charged for something I didn't get nor did I purchase. I will be going back tomorrow to see if they will refund/fix it. Will update to let everyone know.

Avoid this location. I ate at a lot of their stores but this one is the worst. I think most employees are newbies and just clueless. Zero motivation for offering service. Extremely small portions. Just bad. Chipotle do better!
