Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle just opened up recently. I ordered online and picked up through their Chipotlane. My order was ready on time and the staff was very nice. The food was correct and good. I recommend the veggie bowl. I would order from this one again.

Ew please avoid the new Chipotle at Ridge Park Square. After waiting 20 minutes for my order I was told “we’re out of chicken” and had to wait another 15 minutes. Finally received my food. Chicken tasted rubbery. Thought it was a fluke and kept eating. More rubber chicken. I looked at it and it looked like it was raw. I’m so disgusted. I contacted chipotle and they are refusing to refund me and instead gave me a free entree. I will never eat there again.

I have tried this location twice now and don't think I will be returning. First time, ordered the build your own for 4-6 people. Received random portions of all the toppings and a kids meal size portion of the beans and chicken. Had to go back to get the right thing, manager made everything right, so I wasn't mad. Just an inconvenience. Gave them a try again and had 2 orders to pick up. Took 25 minutes for 1 car ahead of me to get their order. Finally get to the window and got my 2 bags. Made it home only to realize the bowls inside one bag were for a whole different order. Took it back to get the correct bowls and still got the wrong order after specifying which order I was missing. I didn't even bother saying anything, but I don't think I will be returning to this location. Poor lady wo

Chipotle use to be a well placed to enjoy the good burrito, but now their employees have the worst attitude in a fast food place. The food is Not the same like 20 years ago. In addition their employees need more training and more customers services knowledge. Customer are who paid chipotle employees salary not the company.

Personally I have always had good experiences at this Chipotle, but at the end of the day, Chipotle is Chipotle and everyone's experiences differs. I personally have learned over my years of eating chipotle that the best time to go is around lunch. If you're attempting to get it for dinner, I'd advise going a little earlier than everyone else. The staff at this specific Chipotle is always very friendly, sociable, and the portions of the food are always great.
