Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but every time I order online, I never get the fajita veggies I asked for. I understand that you might run out of them, but why don’t the workers inform me when they hand me my food? All they’d have to say is something like, “We’re sorry, we’re out of fajita veggies. Here’s a coupon for free chips and dip on your next visit.” Instead, they just give you your food knowingly that your fajita veggies are missing and send you on your way. In conclusion it’s not hard to let the customers know if you’re out an item that you already paid for instead of trying to avoid the situation and send them on their way. Continuously disappointed and frustrated with the Baxter Chipotle. Something is always and issued.. wrong order, ingredients not available, poor service, waiting 30+ minutes (after the promised pick up time) in the drive up/pick up line to get to the window and food hasn't even been started. Tonight was no different but we decided to go in and order and yet again.. the didn't make fajita veggies today, the cashier just pushed our bowls to us and an empty/folded paper bag and turned and started talking to other workers and we had to bag our own food, and then on top of it we were eating and my husbands bowl had a piece of what looked like a plastic ziploc bag in it. We won't be returning and would not recommend.

Just stopped by after placing an online order right around 8:50pm and was informed they were out of cheese. Unfortunately I had a quesadilla on my order… JORDON is amazing and helped substitute it perfectly! Get that man a raise! Super friendly and positive. We need more people like him everywhere! Thank you!

I don't know how this place is still open. Every once in a while I order pick up from here, typically with coworkers. It's honestly impressive how they get every single order wrong every time. Im not exaggerating. Every order, every time. I haven't eaten there in forever but decided to get it for lunch today since I got a gift card for Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, both myself and my coworker received completely wrong and ice cold orders. Im not even bothering to try for a refund because I'm not eating there anymore. If you're looking for killer Mexican food in the bowl and burrito form in the Brainerd area, go to Burritos California. You won't be disappointed.

We went to chipotle tonight, the door was locked, and it said to order online. We did. We waited until our appointed time to go to the window. There were cars wrapped all the way around the building. We sat in the line for an additional 30 minutes under pick up time. At this point, we’re there for almost an hour. We get to the window and they told us they didn’t have our food. We had our notification and they had charged our account. We showed them this, and they give us a bag of food. The burrito was not as long as my hand, about half as long as usual. There were no drinks with the order. This place should not be allowed to operate as a Chipotle franchise.
