Grizzly's Wood-Fired Grill

This place was great! I went with a friend at a weird time on a Sunday & they weren't busy. The pasta we ordered came out so fast and it was delicious! The drink I ordered was cute too! The server was attentive and I feel bad, my friend and I talked FOREVER after we finished (sorry to that server 😬). Atmosphere was nice. Overall, very pleased and I'll definitely go back.

I am very disappointed tonight with my meal. I always go here for the fire wood chicken salad with the candied pecans, with bread sticks.. as I have stomach issues to too much garlic and get sick when I eat too much garlic. Tonight we are told only kids can order the bread sticks. My daughter got them thinking maybe they would be ok. But nope. Ate one and was over powered by the garlic. Those were the worst garlic breads I have ever had in my life. Way too much garlic on them. I go to eat my salad that had half the amount of lettuce it normally has. Its drowned by pecans and bacon. I ordered a salad. But salads have lots of lettuce. Not mainly meat and nuts I called in to management and they were going to give me coupons to come back. This was our first time. I had the half chicken which included a side of cole slaw, beans, corn bread, & one choice of sides. ALL good & served hot. My wife had a rice bowl with chicken.

The first thing I noticed that made this place stand out is when our soda or water was low they simply brought another instead of asking or waiting for us to ask. It genuinely makes the experience so much better, to feel thought about. The young woman helping us was incredibly sweet and attentive without being overbearing. The food? I could write a novel. The pulled pork was phenomenal, the cheese potatoes were actually cooked perfectly instead of being amuchy mess like most places. The rotisserie chicken? To DIE for. Honestly all I feel leaving here is disappointment that I live all the way in NJ and wont be back every damn week like id want to do. Truly amazing food and service. Its on my list of restaurants worth traveling to eat at.

Grizzly’s has an expansive menu to choose from. The food and service were excellent. We will be back. We had the chicken tacos and the walleye sandwich.
