Chipotle Mexican Grill

The employees at this location are very prejudice. I've witnessed them give Caucasian and Spanish nationalities decent portions of food but when it comes to African-American customers they give small portions and when you ask for just a little more for the price you pay they proceed to insist on charging you double. This blatant prejudice should be investigated by the corporate office. We all pay the same price and should be served fairly and free of prejudice. WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER THIS WAS MY THIRD AND LAST TIME AS A CUSTOMER THERE! Before you ask, I came back to see if the experience was the same each time and in fact sadly it was!

I went into the restaurant at 9:45 it took them 15 minutes for the girl in front of me to order and when it was my turn, I asked for a burrito with white rice and she was like oh we’re out of white rice right now it’s just gonna be plain without the seasoning and I said it was fine. Then I got chicken and then I asked for extra cheese and she was like oh we’re all out of cheese, even though the other worker, helping the girl behind me, had gone over to the takeout area and grabbed cheese and white rice from over there, which made absolutely no sense why she couldn’t do the same thing for me. I understand that they closed in an hour, but if you have the things to make it and you did it for the person behind me why couldn’t you do it for me? Everyone scoops a little skimpy at this place. It wasn't full scoops, on anything. Also the food tasted funny, more garlic or something, it was hard to put my finger on it. The chicken seemed mushy, not quite slimy but something like that. The staff was very nice, and there are definitely plenty of them there. The dining area could have been cleaner but it was typical for a Chipotle. It was super loud in there.

So disappointed in my last experience. As I went through the line to order my toppings, the woman rushed me so much I couldn’t even get a word out. There was Wawa and Dunkin’ Donuts all over the counter which is completely unsanitary. The rice was watery & we couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. It seems like there is no management here.. such ashame….

Witnessed another black women ask for taco shells on the side, since she did not want her taco shells to become soggy. They went back and forth with her for 15 min making everyone wait. Finally I thought it would be solved when the manager came out. The manager made it EVEN MORE difficult, even through the women offered to pay for whatever to make sure she could have the taco shells on the side. When I asked the lady what was the issue, she just turned and said " I want taco shells on the side and the fixings in the bowl and they won't give it to me" I've only seen 1 black person working at this establishment. Everyone else is of Spanish or of Latin descent, even management... this kind of behavior is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated or taken lightly. I'm not sure why they refused
