This was a spur of the moment decision and what a great one. Inside of the store was nice and clean, and it smelled delicious. The ovens in the back were cooking, while the lady working the counter was packaging up someone’s catering order. There’s cookies that you can pick and eat as well as a cookie bar where you can customize your snack. I had my three year old, who wanted the hot coca cookie with frosting and m&ms. We watched the lady customize the cookie, box it up in a cute little box. For two cookies (the custom and a take home), it came out to about $11. Got home and tasted the cookies. I had been calling numerous bakeries and grocery stores in search of nut-free chocolate chip cookies for my son’s kindergarten Valentine’s Day party but was met with disappointment everywhere—until I found Chip Cookies. When I called, I spoke with Adam Bayles, the bakery manager, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and frustrations, spending about 10–15 minutes on the phone with me to fully understand the situation. Adam was not only sympathetic but proactive—he confidently assured me that Chip Cookies could accommodate my nut-free request and personally arranged for my order. Nice, cozy, and and upscale cookie shop. Ordered 50 cookies at around $185. If you are not a serious cookie lover, it might seem overpriced and not worth of it. Quick service and sufficient freshly baked inventory even at the late evening.

Adam the owner of chip cookies is fantastic all his employees always go above and beyond help us pick out the newest best flavors the freshest hottest moistest meltiest chocolate carmally flavorful cookies. Absolutely incredible place this is our go-to we always get Vegas chip, the BTS Chip and the Grand cookies which are biscoff yum! They're made right there in front of you off of fresh warm cookies.

This was my first time having chip cookie. And it did not disappoint. If you could imagine what it would taste like to have your dad tell you that you are his favorite child and give you a hug and one million dollars. Thats what these cookies taste like. Adam was very helpful in my upbringing as a chip cookie enthusiast, shout out to his dedication and hard work!
