Chinitas Tapas & Sushi

We ordered the Birria Egg Rolls, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Bulgogi Fries. It was all so delicious! 3 of us split it and we could not finish it. Staff was also very friendly and provided great service. We will definitely come back here!

11/8/2025 we got married at this venue and also celebrated our reception as well. The MOST beautiful venue. Chanthy went above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of on our magical night. There wasn’t one single hiccup the whole entire evening. From the gorgeous decor to the food, the music and the incredible staff. I didn’t get any photos of the food but it was amazing!!! Everyone loved every minute of the night!

This is such a great spot on Water Street. The food was really good, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and actually worth coming back for. You can tell there’s real effort put into the dishes. They have some kind of drink/food special going on every day of the week. The area itself makes the experience even better. Water Street has a fun, relaxed vibe and it’s nice being able to walk around before or after eating. It feels lively but still chill, which makes this place perfect for a casual night out. Good food, great atmosphere, and a solid go-to if you’re hanging out in the Water Street area. Definitely recommend.

What a gem! I visited this restaurant on a busy evening and had to wait a little for a table, but not too long. The atmosphere was lively, and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Me and my mom ordered few things: guacamole with chips, miso soup, blackened shrimp tacos, elote flatbread and shrimp tempura crunch roll sushi. Even though it was busy, our food arrived very quickly. The guacamole was creamy with perfectly crispy chips. Miso soup was warm and comforting, not too salty. The elote flatbread was cheesy and delicious, with a unique yuzu mayo that really stood out and the shrimp tacos were packed with flavor and clearly made fresh. But the real winner? We are in town for a work conference and I found this place by Google reviews - and there are great reviews for a reason. We had a party of 5 and all got something different and the sushi, tacos, elite ribs were all wonderful. I’m from Dallas so I’m picky about my guacamole so it was just ok but the chips were yummy!! I’m admittedly VERY picky and hard to impress on restaurants but service was excellent and food was delicious!! I had one margarita and it was good too!
