Chinelos Tacos Birria: The Unexpected Hero of My Travel Day When my flight got cancelled and I found myself unexpectedly solo at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodside, I needed a pick-me-up—and maybe something cold to take the edge off. I wandered over to Key Market for a couple of beers and, on the way, spotted this glorious food truck: Chinelos Tacos Birria. With no dinner plan and no clue where else to go, I made a mental note to stop on my way back—and wow, am I glad I did. Total hidden gem! I ordered two shrimp tacos, and they were loaded—plenty of perfectly cooked shrimp, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, queso fresco, and a touch of cilantro. My only tiny gripe? They used lemons instead of limes. But the flavorful hot sauce totally made up for it. The service? Uber friendly. Seriously,

Absolutely love their carne asada tacos and burrito! I’ve also tried their birria and chorizo and both are delicious. Highly recommend this place for a quick, filling, and affordable bite!!

I've passed by the truck hundreds of times, finally stopped in and got a burrito, amazing. Will 100% come back and support these guys.
