The worst food I've ever eaten in all my life. All the meat was drier and chewier than jerky. Egg roll was like chewing sawdust. Zero flavor. Couldn't even chew any of the meat. Super expensive and totally inedible. My order was messed up. No one really cared or made it right. The bill was $15 more than expected. Got the run around so just paid and got out. $40 for a pupu for 1 and a small fried rice is total insanity. Especially since not one single piece was edible. Not ONE bite! This place is a complete dump. No wonder the parking lot is always empty!!

Stopped here for food without checking reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! We ordered Lo Mein and Fried Rice, both were delicious, the portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. Definitely worth the stop

I ordered over $100 worth of food on July 24th for my anniversary and we live 25 minutes away. I did not check my order only because they bag it all up and it's stapled and I didn't want it to be cold when I got home. When I got home I was missing part of my order. When I called them they said that I could tell them the next time I order and get it for free. I was disappointed but said okay. I just called to place another order and explained the situation and they said my name was not written down so they would not go good for what they said. I cancelled my order and will never eat there again. My advise to anyone ordering there would be to make sure you have your full order before you leave the restaurant.

The team was very friendly and offered outstanding customer service. They suggested great food options, and every dish we tried was excellent.

First time here. They offer dine in, but you have to go up to the counter to place your order, & purchase bottled drinks. The young blonde girls running the front seem inexperienced and not customer service oriented. The people that I assume own the place were friendly & helpful. I ordered sweet & sour chicken. I got chicken fingers, with a side of S&S.. My bf got General Tso chicken. The chicken was so dry! Crab rangoons & rice were good! I feel bad this place seems to be outdated and struggling. Hope it can turn around sometime since there aren't many good options in Newport.
