Me and my girlfriend order from china wok often (like once every two weeks) and most of the time we have had great experiences. However, today we ordered and were given an incorrect item and missing item. They normally read the order back to you but it seemed like they were swamped so they didn’t. We called and asked for our correct and missing item, no mention of having to give back the mistaken item. When the driver arrived he was very unprofessional and hostile to my girlfriend. He asked for the mistaken item and she let him know it was already disposed of already. He said he wouldn’t give the correct item to us unless we paid. She let him know she wouldn’t be shelling out anymore money, especially when there was no mention of exchanging the food when we called. My girlfriend said that

Was eating my hot and sour soup when I bit into something metal, pulled it out of my mouth and it was a strip of metal. Tried to call twice and the store was closed, will be calling in the morning. But this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

The foods good but the workers will hold your food hostage on you unless you tip them. If you use a card for delivery they will harass you over the phone about tips until you tell them a number and if the tip isn’t to there liking they’ll make you feel like you’re garbage for not giving a bigger one. To the CRAPPY OWNER. Yes it does, you just don’t want the truth on Google. Here’s some more for you as well, your employees also use rotten cabbage in your soups that have it (Had to return a couple soups for that) and they somehow manage to get steel wool pieces in the soup too.

I ordered a combo special with lo mein, beef, and fried rice for takeout. I also tried the crab rangoons, which were very good! I appreciate that the crab rangoons had more than just cream cheese inside (which is what some other places do), but actually had some crab. Great portions as well, would recommend!

I order from here every week on the regular. Food is always hot and delicious. The amount of food in the portions is great. Would recommend to everyone!
