Let me say that every establishment can have a bad day! I have preferred this restaurant over many others since I moved here approximately 5 years ago. This is my go to place! Even during the pandemic and my totals are always over $50 and that's before tax and delivery fees. OK with that said, I ordered food today and it was the worst! burnt noodles, I asked for little to no onions but got almost 1/2 carton full. Disappointed would be putting it mildly. The CUSTOMER The SERVICE was deplorable! The woman that answered my call actually called me a liar! I told her I had pictures, she told me that I had more than 4 shrimp and to her credit, after I dug through the pile of onions and burnt noodles I did find 6 more, but I let you be the judge, I took pictures. Got my food by door dash my wife is asian and she put hers in the trash I got the poo poo plates the word poo poo meaning dinner for two should have two chicken wings instead it had one wing cut the spear ribs way over cook and im not sure in this was crab rangoo but it was so over cooked I couldn't even bite it egg rolls over cooked . I've been to many asian fast food restaurants all over the USA and this has to be the worst ive ever had. None other to say we put it all in the trash and went out for dinner. Will be posting on my blog of foodies stay away from this one.

Just literally had the BEST takeout from here. This place is our go too. Our order was literally still very hot when I got home with it! My order consisted of Chicken & broccoli, with chicken fried rice. My fiancés was General tso chicken with shrimp fried rice. 10/10. Egg rolls were delicious, had a nice crunch to them. (My chicken & broccoli was loaded, But needless to say I may of had some bites in between) lol.

My order was absolutely disgusting; ragoons were stale and unfilled, just like the shrimp roll. Both soups were just gelatinous and could not be consumed. The order also was done in about five minutes which gave me a sign of the quality. And, the wonton crackers were stale, as well as the condiments given. And I got an order of side lo mein and a regular shrimp lo mein...recieved the same size.

Lady rushed me and wanted me to place an order online. Lady insulted me and called me stupid. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service. No humility. No remorse. If the people are this nasty, the food has to be even more nasty!!! She needs Jesus ✝️
