There is One Dish that They dont know how to make properly and that Dish is the Dragon Phoenix which is General So Chicken and General So Shrimp. Instead they add creamy white Chow mein sauce thar has no heat at all... THIS is suppose to be a Spicy Dish. There is also times they over cook the food only want money but dont always put quality and passion into the food. There has also been times where not all my food was in the bag when I order take out. It makes me feel like they just dont care about the customer anymore..

I used to brag about the food here was the best coconut shrimp I ever had but got it yesterday was the worst I ever had shrimp were very tiny nothing like they used to be and shrimp was dried and chewy mostly all breading was terrible you should have never cut your quality because used to be wonderful I will never be back such a shame what ever happen yo consistency and quality in restaurants .shrimp was even split in half not even whole shrimp half shrimp in all that breading terrible

Updated 12/4/20: I am dropping China House down a star from 5 to a 4, would be a 3.5 if we're an option Their food is very tasty, and the eggrolls are respectable. However, the past few times we have ordered anything beef related there is NO beef. This has happened several times and is unfortunate because I bet it would taste amazing if it were in there. I seen that another customer had the same complaint so this appears to be an ongoing problem. Hopefully the owners see this and make the proper corrections. *This place is a small order in/take out, or buffet. The food selection is not that big (which I prefer), but the food that you do get is of much better quality that you find elsewhere. It is also respectfully priced. We bring our family here often. China House gets 5 stars because

I ordered the shredded beef with spicy and it legit had 5 little pieces of beef. I started counting as a joke but when I found only 5 pieces of beef... no one was laughing. The majority of the dish was onions. I also got steamed dumplings which were horrible & inedible. The dough was 95% of the dumpling. My boyfriend got the Mongolian Beef and that was packed with beef and he said was really good. The donuts were meh. The oil hasn't been changed in a while & you can taste it so avoid those. My overall recommendation is go to the Walmart next door & get a frozen chinese dish... it will taste better.

Fried noodles were stale. Hunan beef tasted like a dishrag. No spice. Hot n sour soup had egg drop mixed in with it. Rice has zero flavor. Should've walked right out after noticing the place smelled like a dirty mop. I ate a few bites. Very disappointed
