China Hot Pot

This place is very very good for a hotpot. Great flavored broth, and if you want to customized them. The lady named Corry will customized your broth. She is really nice and courteous. The meat cuts are fresh and their vegetable are also. The atmosphere is comfortable and spacious. Sauce selection are also good.

The food here is delicious. I went right after they opened on the weekend, and we were the only customers, which felt a bit awkward at first. But the male server, maybe the owner or manager, was very attentive and provided great service. I’ll definitely visit again.

I love this place as I am a huge fan of hot pot and go to atleast 1 hotpot restaurant a week. The food is good and fresh and there are a lot of options. My only complaint is that it can be a little uncomfortable being stared at while eating. This has happen each time I have come. Other than being stared at for most of my visit the customer service is good. Word of advice, people don’t like to be stared at while eating.

Serving staff are nice. Ordering takes some getting used to as you are making checks on a piece of paper for each ingredient you want to order. They offer a large variety of proteins, vegetables, fish, vegan/vegetarian options and so on. The lady at the register placed the change from the cash that was handed to her in her hand onto the counter instead of in my partner's hands. Might just be a cultural difference but felt a little odd and disrespectful at the time. Food is good and most of the staff are nice. Atmosphere is great. They even have a sauce bar where you can create your own dipping sauce from ingredients. I recommend this place for the experience and food alone.

This hot pot restaurant is truly outstanding. The ingredients are always fresh, and the quality is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide great service every time. It’s impressive that they’ve been open for over ten years, and it really shows in their experience and consistency. This has become one of our favorite hot pot spots—our whole family loves it and we always enjoy coming back.
