China Garden

We have been going here for take out for awhile and we get it off the buffet and take it home. Tonight however was the worst and last time we will be going to china garden we were treated poorly usually I can get one big container for the egg drop soup and wanton noodles on the side we were charged $37 for two take out boxes and two small bowls for the soup when I asked for the bigger bowl he said no I couldn’t have the bigger bowl this time. The food was not near as good and the service was worse when I asked for my wanton noodles he was reluctant to give me any and when he did he only gave me one bag and I ordered two dinners! He finally went back to get another bag, the worst part really was that he did me a favor in not giving me the bigger bowl because they have watered down their egg

I don't understand the low stars on this place. Food is on point and weirdly the wings they are buying don't have fat on them. Just so you know any wing place now has huge fatty wings but wherever they are sourcing them from don't. Another thing is the sushi rolls are of the same quality as the 8 dollar a containers at hyvee. I would suggest hitting this place around 2pm during happy hour which goes to 345pm I believe. The last thing that kinda proves it's good is the locals are constantly coming in and getting to go containers instead of sitting in at the buffet. That means they like the food from the buffet enough to get to go orders.

The selection is not huge but it is fair in this day and age the price is excellent for what you've got available. The food was excellent the place is clean I would happily return here again especially since it is right next door to a truck parking area. The staff all appears to be friendly and on top of keeping things neat and tidy. There are a few things I would like to see added to the buffet but they've got limited space and have to use what they think is going to sell best

This is DELiCiOUS food. Some of these Asian buffets are putting out old food. Not these people. The tea was delicious and refreshing as well. Cool atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and staff is cheerful and friendly. 😃💓
