Chimi's Mexican Restaurant

Started off with the Chimis queso. This was my least favorite thing. It had a weird smoky flavor. The chips and salsa were good- salsa had a nice chunky texture and good flavor. I had the shrimp fajitas. It was six grilled shrimp on top of onions. I would have preferred a few more shrimp/less onions, but it was still filling. I did get the grilled zucchini and papitas for my sides because I wanted a change from rice and beans. Hubs got the chimichanga. He said he would get it again. I would probably get something else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12/10 – Highly Recommend! Cimi’s Mexican Restaurant on 81st in Tulsa absolutely delivered, and the highlight of our visit was the incredible service from the bartender, Adrian. From the moment we sat down, Adrian’s energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely courteous. He clearly takes pride in his craft and in creating a memorable experience for guests. He made me a jalapeño margarita that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented — a perfect balance of heat and flavor. It was so good that my fiancée ordered the same one but with watermelon added, and it took things to another level. Adrian nailed it. We did catering and Chellie Hill was amazing. She delivered on time, was so professional, efficient, went above and beyond. The food was hot and delicious. She brought all the extra things we would need. Very happy. Would do it again!

Went for Valentines day and had the absolute best time! The food was delicious we got the Valentines day special such a great deal! Our waitress Ashley was amazing we will be coming back and asking for her everytime the best waitress ever!

The environment is underwhelming. The booth we were sat needed restoration badly. Our waitress was visibly annoyed at most things happening in the restaurant. From customers pulling out chairs that made noise. To the lack of basic manners. Even my six year old commented on how she didn't acknowledge him when he would say thank you. It was just an odd dinner. The food was 10/10! Drinks were 8/10! IF we returned we would make sure we didn't have the same waitress.
