Chimi's Fresh-Mex

Had a quick bite since it was close to our hotel and the girl at the front desk recommended it. When we pulled in the parking lot and it was full on a Sunday night we knew that was a good sign. The margaritas were great and the food was delicious! Salsa was good too! Will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. Julio was our server and was extremely pleasant and smiling the entire time. Made our anticipated experience even better. The entire crew was great. We saw deep cleaning of tables and chairs after the dinner rush. Always good to see a restaurant cleaned and well maintained.

Went on a Wednesday evening around 5pm. Ordered a margarita, adobada tacos w/ rice & beans, and ordered a special to go which was similar to fajitas (mixed chicken, steak, shrimp w/ bell pepper, onion, tomato, jalapeño w/ rice & beans.) I’ve also tried 2 other Mexican spots in Wentzville so this is in comparison to those: Pros: -The adobada tacos were AMAZING. My server recommended them (THESE ARE NOT ON THE MENU) because they are made fresh and they did not disappoint! -The special was really great! It had more flavor from all of the ingredients that complimented each other and 2 people shared the meal Cons: -Pricing here is higher than other local spots serving the same thing. I do know this place has a full page of different chimichangas so if that’s your thing this is the spot to go

I have been coming to Chimi's for quite some time. But there was a mix up when I asked for a substitute and got both in my order. I was willing to pay for both but my waiter Francisco berated me in front of my entire table because I didn't order it properly. Awful!!

Very tasty Mexican joint hidden over by Club Fitness and Texas Roadhouse. It can get pretty busy at dinner rush but we’ve never had to wait long. My wife loves the chicken nachos here better than all the other Mexican places. I always order fajitas and they are always delicious and on par with other places we’ve visited. Free chips and salsa of course is always a plus.
