This is a really good place to eat. I go there quite a bit now for breakfast a few times a week I get their eggs Benedict. Awesome. They give you three eggs Benedict with the home fries food so far I’ve been really really good and the reasonable I live in Thomaston I’d rather drive to Bristol that I know the food‘s gonna be good and the waitress is a sweetheart so service is good. I highly recommend this place.

The Chimbos Diner puts Bell City Diner to shame. If you’re deciding between diners in the area, skip Bell City Diner and go straight to The Chimbos Diner. The difference in food quality is night and day. Chimbos serves real diner food—fresh, well-seasoned, generously portioned, and clearly made with care. Everything we ordered tasted like it was cooked properly, not rushed or reheated. Where Bell City Diner consistently falls flat with bland, forgettable meals, Chimbos delivers flavor, consistency, and comfort food done right. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food actually lives up to what a diner should be. Once you eat at Chimbos, there’s honestly no reason to go back to Bell City. Chimbos is superior in taste, quality, and overall experience PERIOD.

This place is bigger/ cuter than it looks from the outside. Service was quick and friendly. Breakfast quesadilla was excellent as was the sauce it came with. Glad I finally stopped in.

It is soooo hard to find a place that does liver and onions anywhere around here. So I posted on a fb page..Bristol Talks..about looking for a good liver and onions. People recommended them..I saw they didn’t have it on the menu but they said it’s a special item. They do have it on the menu and it is…it’s under the speciality part of the menu. Lemme tell you…this brought back so many memories. It was liver but chopped pieces, onions, mushrooms and smothered in a brown gravy. The plate was massive and came with a side of mashed taters and green beans. I will definitely go back. Parking is shared with the building next door though. Scale of 1-5..4.7 Scale of 1-10…8.7
