Chiloso Mexican Bistro

⸻ Tried Chiloso Mexican Bistro today. The steak quesadilla was amazing — packed with flavor, super cheesy, and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the rice was a letdown; it tasted dry and a bit old. The food overall was good, but for the price, I expected everything to be fresher. Great quesadilla, but the restaurant feels a bit pricey for what you get.

This restaurant has been in our area for several years and I never thought about stopping by until I saw a TikTok video showing their incredible Blackend Salmon & Chicken Bowl!! I instantly had to try and I've been hooked every since!! Think Chipotle or Freebirds but fresher and flavorful!!!

This is my first time here and Savannah is extremely nice , sweet & helpful i loved her attitude … the food is also really good

The service is always friendly and precise. The food is built to your specifications, whetheryou point in person or order using their app. They always have the drinks and condiments well-stocked, and offer free coffee with breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you will get full with their creative Mexican pairings. The prices are a little stiff, but the portions are generous, and the food is top-notch.

CHILOSOS IS THE BEST! The manager lady at this location is the sweetest lady ever ! She is very kind to my kids! The food is absolutely delicious . If you love, good quality food, especially good quality Queso. 100% recommend Chiloso’s Mexican bistro. NO OTHER PLACE TOPS CHILOSOS Don’t ever go back to Shitty-Chipotle! If I knew existed, I would’ve never spent my money at chipotle, chipotle is disgusting.
