Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a wonderful experience this evening. The customer service was excellent, and our waitress was very attentive. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude. This new establishment is a great addition to Siloam. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and the portion sizes were generous—we all left with leftovers. Overall, I have no complaints and look forward to many more visits. I highly recommend giving the new Chili’s in town a try.

Stephanie, our waitress was amazing. She was a sweetheart, wasn't afraid to go ask questions if she didn't know something, and kept my drink filled (which is a job in it self lol). Luke the manager came immediately when I asked for him (to brag on her and another server, Caleb who was friendly and cleared plates off the table and visited with us). The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

The staff greeted my party with a warm welcome and even opened the door for us, which was a nice touch. The managers were hands-on and attentive throughout our visit. I tried the mango sweet tea, which had a really good flavor—not too overpowering, but enough sweetness to notice. The chips tasted fresh with the perfect crispiness. Just a heads-up: the salsa is spicier than most, so it caught us a little off guard, but it was still delicious. Even though the parking lot was full, we were seated in about 4–5 minutes, which was impressive. Inside, it was a bit chilly, probably around 67–68 degrees, so if you get cold easily, bring a light jacket. Our waitress, Abby, did a fantastic job. She stayed calm, kept our drinks filled, and made sure the chips never ran out. The food took about 24–3

Emma was our server and she was excellent!! She was very attentive, courteous, helpful and friendly. The food was perfect! All items were hot and fresh, and the mozzarella sticks were AMAZING!! Will gladly come again!

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at the new Chili’s in Siloam Springs! We always enjoy Chili’s, but often a new restaurant struggles to get food out in a timely manner and get it right - but this was definitely achieved! We had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back!
