Sam’s Southern Eatery- Siloam Springs, AR

Fish and shrimp are incredible! Shrimp are huge and fish is fried in some amazing batter. Hush puppies have corn in them. Fries were a delicious side. Food was not greasy at all or drowned in salt. They have fried pickles which is awesome. Their horsey sauce is insanely good and better than any I’ve ever had. Cocktail sauce is good too. Love the fact they have Louisiana hot sauce as an option. Their food is overall outstanding and will definitely return. Can’t wait to try their liver 😁 Amazing addition to Miami!

Wow! Didn’t think I could find awesome fried shrimp in NWA - but I found it here!! Our server, Brittany, was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and added some joy to our first time visit. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in this cute restaurant. Ya gotta go!

This was our first time dining here and it was a great experience. Chasity was our server and took wonderful care of us.. The portions are VERY generous. We sampled the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken livers, chicken strips, catfish, fries, fried rolls, and side salad. Everything was delicious but the catfish really stood out. The homemade breading is excellent and it was cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Some of the best I have had. When we return, the catfish will be my go-to choice.

Wow. Ok first off, VERY impressed by the portion sizes ! I personally ordered the 3 fish with 2 sides assuming they would be tiny curled up pieces of fish. NO they were PERFECTLY CRUNCHY long fillet pieces, everything was HOT, and cooked PERFECTLY. Me and my bf could have shared ONE plate ! Beans and rice was SO good ! Their coleslaw, not so much. But chefs kiss ! The price was SOO REASONABLE for the portion sizes ! The shrimp was almost the size of my hand ! So order smaller portions if you want to avoid over ordering, and over eating ! The photo of the take out box was how much we had left over ! Our waitress was good, attentive , kind and fast !

Absolutely magnificent! Really great atmosphere and some of the best southern fried food I have ever had. I can’t really pick a favorite as it was all delicious. The jumbo shrimp is the biggest I’ve had and was done perfectly. Definitely going back to try the burgers. Don’t sleep on this one.
