Chili's Grill & Bar

We usually get the ToGo orders here with me on Chemo right now. We usually have great food and enjoy what we get. This time was an exception. She loves the Old Timer burger with fries. Always a great burger! This time I ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl. Holy over spiced! I couldn't eat it. It's like they took the lid off and just dumped it. Selected out the chicken and threw the rest away. So sad. I took the survey I get after picking up and mentioned this but nothing back in response. I'm sure we'll be back since my wife craves the burger but I will be picking something else next time. Sad to see the response. It was not a good time and my order was gross and horrible. Would love a refund.

This moment was more of an exposure. Chumming in on some sort of malicious tumour was the appearance of Justin and his side kick Cole. Melted ice instead of water; plates for food service, and 3 spoons for one dessert charged on our bill made for some interesting greens. This place is no Nudie’s, but mustard piles on the top of Chili’s delivery cars sparks some curiosity. Pasta, fish, deep-fired lemons. Appy’s for calories and sugar-free peanut butter desserts make life great. Don’t let the colour-book of a menu throw you off; this place is no playground. They mean serious food-business with no discounts. Bring your wallets, and your uncles. Don’t come hungry, or you’ll leave over-full. All in all…keep the ice cream for last, and pocket the plates…they make great lawn ornaments after.

Tuly (I think her name was) was an excellent, attentive server. A burger was ordered well done but came out pink, so it was sent back to the kitchen and handled appropriately. The fajita trio was great. The bar area was noticeably quieter than the rest of the restaurant, which we appreciated. We were disappointed that the molten lava cake was unavailable, but I suppose that just gives us a reason to come back. We did order the cookie skillet; while the chocolate drizzle was a bit much and not really needed, it was still a nice way to end the meal with something sweet. Overall, a good experience, and we will be back.

My family and I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a bad experience. We came in a couple weeks ago and Luciano was our server and he was super kind and attentive. We came back this evening and Luciano remember us and asked how we were doing etc. In addition our server tonight was Chris and he was just ask kind and attentive even though they were slammed. We have not had a bad experience at this location and we will return due to the amazing servers and staff. Also the food is always yummy. So that is a bonus.

We’ve been here twice to this location and both times were great. The 3 for me is an amazing value in this day and age. Especially with the chips and salsa. And I’ve been thinking about it. Chilis Chips and Salsa is my favorite out of any restaurant. The chips are so thin and crispy. Salsa is savory and garlicky. We also got the viral mozzarella sticks, so yummy.
