Chili's Grill & Bar

The Restaurant is the same in design after all these years of service but the company has started to raise prices as they reduce portions and honestly flavor. The service from the staff is still top tier but you can see it effects them too. I mean, a salad isn't expensive so when you order it and it's insanely tiny but you actually get more dressing for it than actual salad you should notice the issue. The music they play is now a little bit too loud and it makes it a little hard to hear. Overall, they've lost some "magic" they used to give me in every visit but this customer went home a bit disappointed.

Wonderful meal! It was busy, but we waited only about 5mins for a seat. My wife and I shared the 3for me chicken bacon club quesadilla with chips & salsa. They brought a refill of chips for us and offered a third to take home. We were satisfied with what we ate and enjoyed ourselves tremendously on Valentine's eve.

Let me start by saying, your cooks know how it's done! And the food rating would be bigger if it wasn't for the service issue I'll explain in a few minutes. However. Please make sure that they know me and my wife loved the food and we wish them a happy Valentine's Day! Now for the one star. I have never had this experience at Chili's in the years I've came here. This specific location is one I call home. And honestly, with how me and my wife was treated, I think we will either do take out or go to another location . We started with drinks and got them promptly. We then ordered our appetizers, the Triple Dippers! We say what we want thinking that's all we needed to do. We then give our orders, which was just the 2 different pasta dishes. I then realized that she never gave us a choice for

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to everyone working tonight on Valentine's, ESPECIALLY everyone working on the online order pick up! The woman at the counter was in straight up boss mode, answering calls and taking names, making sure everyone got their order like only a top tier customer service SURGEON could. We love this location and highly recommend it. Thanks for covering for dinner tonight Chili's Team! You're killing it!
