Our server, Hunter, was absolutely fantastic—he was professional, personal, attentive, and incredibly polite throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find service that balanced and genuine. ​The food was also spot on. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. We ordered: ​Fajita Trio: Perfectly seasoned and sizzling. ​Triple Dipper: A great variety and all high quality. ​Chicken Crispers: Classic, fresh, and tasty. ​Overall, a 10/10 experience thanks to the great kitchen staff and Hunter’s top-tier service. I stopped by Chili’s Grill & Bar in Pueblo recently and walked out genuinely impressed. From the moment we sat down, the experience was solid. Our waiter was absolutely awesome—friendly without being overbearing, quick to check in, and clearly knew the menu well. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do, and it makes a big difference. Now let’s talk about the food. The fajitas were outstanding. Served sizzling hot, packed with flavor, and cooked just right. The steak was tender, the chicken was juicy, and the vegetables had that perfect char without being overdone. My waitress did a great job. The food was delicious. As I was leaving I needed help opening the door to leave. I couldn't believe that the two people were to busy with their personal conversation and never offered to help open the door for me. I use a rolling walker. My sister finally came and help me open the door. I know they both saw me. I couldn't believe it. That's why I didn't give a 5 star.

While the service here is really good, the chefs in the kitchen really have to get it together. My burger was made incorrectly three times and it was never rectified. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger with only sautéed onions and pickles. I ordered it without mushrooms to help simplify my normal order. Apparently, this request was too difficult for the chefs to comprehend. When it first came out, it had lettuce and tomatoes with no sautéed onions or pickles. I asked them to fix it and when it came back, it only had mushrooms on it. I wouldn't have been upset since I could pick them off but they completely forgot the sautéed onions and pickles. When I asked the server if I could get my missing toppings, they came back with a cup which contained them. He was super helpful but the kitchen did

We went to Chili's this afternoon after running some errands. We had the Triple Dipper for our appetizer. I had the ultimate Cajun Pasta, and my bf had the Fajita Trio. The food was amazing, and our waitress was really sweet and thoughtful. She brought us extra drinks before we needed them, and when we asked for to go boxes, she also brought us to go cups for our drinks. It was a great experience.
