Chili's Grill & Bar

Only got the mozzarella sticks to-go. The restaurant was a typical corporate restaurant but felt a little warn in a good way. The staff that assisted us were very friendly and polite. The food lived up to the hype. The mozzarella sticks were crispy, warm, and gooey. They gave us a giant container of ranch and marinara which was unexpected but necessary. Excited to come back and try more of the menu.

I had a somewhat large online to go order. I always get the steak fajitas. I got back to Vicksburg and realized they forgot all my toppings for my fajitas. I called an spoke to the manager (I think his name was Nate). He gave me a refund for the fajitas, that's why I'm giving 5 stars. They are really good. Everyone else really liked the food as well. That's very honorable to give me a refund and not try to argue with me. You'd be surprised how many restaurant managers will blame you for food missing. Amazing service!!!! The to go guy at the register was very nice.

3rd visit for January Hitting all the marks, great job fantastic service perfect food. Staff is always happy, last time our waitress sucked, just a bad waitress but good attitude.

Best bourbon on the rocks of anywhere else! Aways get the best service here. Wings, burgers, fajitas, 3 for me...you just can't go wrong at Chili's

This was just bad. Our chips were mostly crumbs. The chicken fajitas were definitely not sizzling. They looked and tasted as if they had been boiled, and had a mushy processed chicken texture. Apparently it changes depending on the day? I didn't try the chicken fingers but the fries tasted old? Like either freezer burn or refried. Again almost gummy like. Unsurprisingly the octogenarians liked it. Service was attentive, I didn't complain to the floor manager because they weren't for once. Don't rock the boat. But it was cold too, I could feel the draft even though we were in the center of the restaurant, not near the windows or doors. It was packed, but a hard pass for anything besides drinks at the bar.
