Chili's Grill & Bar

I absolutely love coming to Chili’s, especially on Thursdays at the bar. Jeanne is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. Drinks are always perfect, service is fast, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Jeanne alone is a reason to come back—she makes every visit better. Highly recommend stopping by the bar if you get the chance!

We haven't been to Chili's in nine years, so we stopped by to try it. We told the server it's been so long, thinking she would Give us some recommendations. She just walked off. We ordered the fajitas. The fajita meat tasted like it came from the Euro store up the road. The cheese looked like it came from the discount store down the road. The hostess only started paying us attention when she saw me filling out the survey. We came in, spent $70, spent 10 minutes there, and left to take our food home so we could recook and re-season it where it was actually edible. Her only excuse was, 'Sorry, we have a new chef.' She didn't offer any discount or anything like that, just, 'Sorry, new chef.' So, after nine years, I would have to say I would not recommend going back to Chili's, at least in thi

We were in Wichita KS and accidentally ordered in Ponca City OK for pick up via DoorDash. DoorDash refused to refund the order if we canceled it so I called the store so they knew we were 77 miles away but coming to pick up the order. The manager was getting off work and offered to drive to meet us half way on her way home from work. Did I mention we just had a snow storm so the roads are not great at the moment? Talk about going above and beyond. The food arrived hot and tasted great. The manager was wonderful and so so nice. She even gave us a chips and salsa for the trouble we had with not being able to cancel our order via DoorDash. It wasn’t her problem but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I was always a Chillis fan but had quit going because in my hometown in Texas it was not good. Today we came to Ponca City for our granddaughters HOCO for basketball and because the choices in Ponca City are limited we decided to give it a try again. It was so refreshing to eat at a Chillis that is as perfect as I had remembered before most went downhill. First of all Rebecca is an amazing server, and she really cared about our experience. All I could think is,"How can she be so young and have the professionalism and values of service my generation was raised with." You just dont get that kind of service anymore. It was refreshing.
