Listen, This Location Knows What They're Doing. The Patties On The Bacon Rancher Burger Were Perfectly Cooked, Seasoned, & Juicy! The Bun Was Soft & Buttery 😋 And The Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers Never Disappoint! The Loaded Street Corn & Loaded Mash Were Perfection As Well. Love Me Some Chili's. Only Deducted A Star Because The Side Salad I Had Was Disappointing.

We came in for lunch. We noticed many of our favorite dishes have been removed from the menu. To drink we ordered mango iced tea, watermelon iced tea and water with lemon. The iced teas tasted good. For an appetizer We got the trio of dips: guacamole, white queso and salsa. The guacamole needed salt, but was otherwise tasty. The white quest was delicious but when delivered to the table, that particular dip bowl wasn't filled up, we would have liked more. The salsa is a favorite of mine, not spicy. The chips were warm, thin, crispy and had just the right amount of salt. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, minus the corn salsa, and with crispy chicken. It was delicious! We eat at chili's in slidell regularly and it's always great. Won't ever go back to this location. We asked for our burgers to be well done, ok so mine was pink and so was my wife's. Buns was oily also. So sent my wife's back I didn't send mine because I had already took a couple bites because I was so hungry. Hers comes back and it's worse than before. Completely pink. Now I understand most people like that however, we don't. I like my meat well done, the server even asked before hand how do you want it cooked. Very few people were there and I see why. I feel bad because it's been years since I left a bad review but, 3xs cooked and it comes out pinker than the first gross.

We had two apps. The Triple Dipper was fine except the chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. Our nachos were problematic. First of all they generally come with ground beef (per the menu), but our waitress said “Do you want your nachos with chicken or with no protein.” When I asked about the ground beef, she just said “yeah we don’t have beef anymore.” Then, when the nachos came to the table. They were very odd looking. The chips were fanned across 2/3 of the plate in a crescent with melted cheese, chicken chunks, and jalapeño slices. In the open part of the plate, there was a small amount of shredded lettuce, a small bit of pico de gallo and some sour cream. There also was a small ramekin of ranch dressing.
