Chili's Grill & Bar

My family and I went here for dinner tonight. I wish I remembered our waitress’s name. She was super nice, beautiful girl with long green nails. She’s an amazing server and made sure we were all taken care of at all times. Just wanted to say thank you so much to her for being so accommodating and sweet on a busy night. We appreciate you and everything was great!

Overall good vibes with very quick service! We got our appetizers within 5 minutes of ordering them and our main food came out soon after. Also our server, Denise, was incredibly friendly and helped us with menu choices and consistently checked the table to see if we needed refills or anything :). I would come back to this Chili's!

Poor customer service. No response from management for 2 days after order was not correct only to be told there was nothing they could do because because it was a door dash order. If I had been told that 2 days earlier im sure the issue would have been rectified.

Experience was good. The service was great. We had a young man named Connor who was very warm and attentive. The drink I got was great (the frozen flamingo?). We got the triple Dipper with mozz sticks, big mouth bites, and southwestern egg rolls... Yum! The ribs were a bit dry and tough which was one of my only complaints which were all very minor. We will go back!

I don't think I've been to a Chili's in years and now I won't hesitate to go back. Went with friends for an early Saturday dinner at 430pm and the place was packed and already had a wait-list. Now no biggie for us but I was surprised. The restaurant only got busier throughout the night in the 2 hours we were there. That said once we got seated everything was fast and smooth. Server was wonderful, the food and drinks came out promptly and everything tasted good to great. The menu really has a wide variety of fun options which we all greatly appreciate. I think if you're looking for an easy crowd pleaser with something for everyone, you got a solid option here. Enjoy!
