Review text: I had a great experience with a recent takeout order from Chili's. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared for a to-go order—everything was fresh, hot, and packed neatly. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Shortly after I placed my order, a manager called to let me know that the pepperoni pizza was unavailable. I really appreciate them taking the time to communicate this directly instead of just substituting or removing it. They were friendly and helpful, and we quickly sorted out a delicious alternative. I had the salmon which was good! But the rice that came with it was old and crunchy, the broccoli that came with it was supposed to be steamed was basically raw and cold. Disappointed in that meal. Would not recommend. Was with a big group and everyone else's looked awesome!

Fantastic meal, I ordered the half order of bacon chicken ranch quesadilla and it came with salsa and chips. It usually comes with sour cream but I get lettuce instead to watch my calorie intake and smaller portions. The salsa and chips are excellent and the waitresses were friendly, she brought our order out pretty fast. Thanks again for a wonderful lunch.

Everyone got food poisoning and the Norovirus and someone went to the hospital and had E. coli from here because someone didn’t wash their hands here!!!!!!!! They did not have a stir stick for the wicked drink and didn’t tell me. I was very disappointed. That drink really needs a stir stick or something because it’s really weak.

Food was cold at pick up, the guy doing curbside was rude, food missing, spicy sauce over my whole food and who knows what the white stuff on the top of the box is
