Chili's Grill & Bar

We go there for lunch occasionally taking advantage of their "Three for Me" lunch menu. Service has been fast and friendly. Food is good. I would recommend it when you want something more than fast food. Cost for us had been about 20 bucks per person including tax and tip.

We wouldn't know about the quality of the food as we were never served. Waited over 30 minutes for Chips and cheese only to see others seated after us receiving their order almost immediately. We never did get our food and after approx. 30 minutes...waitress said she'd check on it and never came back. We left. I'd love someone to contact me about this as I USED to love Chili's. No excuse for this.

Chili’s truly delivers when it comes to bold, flavorful comfort food that hits the spot every time. During my recent visit, I was blown away by how consistently delicious everything was, starting with the Nashville Hot Chicken-Style Mozzarella Sticks. These aren’t your typical mozzarella sticks—Chili’s puts a fiery spin on them with a Nashville hot-style breading that’s crispy, spicy, and perfectly balanced with gooey, melted cheese inside. Dipped in cool ranch, they were hands-down the standout of the menu and something I’d go back for again and again. They showcase the creativity Chili’s brings to its appetizers, elevating a classic with a Southern kick. Big burger small price comes with drink & chips @ salsa ! What a deal!! Lemon drop Margarita way to sweet for me ! Good chips @ salsa Triple D appetizer very good ‘ chicken chipotle bowl avg - service pretty good just wish they would remove plates when u r finished ! Overall very good tho!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Chili’s on Clinton Highway in Knoxville was a huge disappointment tonight—after waiting nearly 50 minutes for my food, it still hadn’t arrived, and there was little communication or urgency from the staff about what was going on. While they eventually comped the meal, which I appreciate, that doesn’t make up for the excessive wait and overall lack of customer service during the experience. Comping the food was the right call, but no one should have to wait that long with no updates, and it’s not a place I’d rush back to anytime soon.
