First time eating at this location. I have a no-go list, and Chilli's in florida was on it. I will say this dining experience has changed my mind. The service was fantastic, and the food was hot and prepared exactly they way the family and I asked for it to be cooked. I will definitely be returning to try something new on the menu. If you're looking for a great dining experience, then I recommend stopping by and trying the food for yourself.

I went in to get it to go order.I told the girl at the front desk that I needed somebody to help me read the menu because of my vision.I sat there for a half an hour.Nobody even looked at me.I don't get out of my home and this was a treat.I went left there empty handed because the employees I think has a problem with disabled people.I don't recommend this place. This would have been my first time eating here.I guess I'll never try him cause i'm done.I won't even have it done with doordash.

Returned to the Chili’s cantina, I did—and this time, the Force flowed smoothly. Service was swift, attentive, and well-timed, proving balance can indeed be restored. Refills arrived without summoning, and requests were handled with the efficiency of a well-trained droid. The “3 for Me” deal remains strong in value, and paired with great service on this visit, the experience felt complete. When the stars align and the staff is in sync, satisfying the journey becomes. Return again, I shall. Harmony achieved, and hunger defeated. May the forks be with you. 🍴✨

Prime example to not fund corporate businesses. They simply don't care. They will charge you 20$ a plate and give you garbage.
