My daughters and I had an amazing time dining here, BUT what happened after is what makes this a five star review. In the chaos of taking two babies to dinner, I forgot my retainer at the restaurant. After realizing, I called in tears, and spoke with Danielle. She immediately took action, and soon after called me back to tell me they found one of them! I then got permission to go through the trash in attempts to find the other one. Upon arrival an employee named WILL was already inside the dumpster taking trash bags out. He was in below freezing temperatures with me for well over an hour sorting through trash, offering new bags & gloves, offering drinks, and a break in the warmth. We talked the entire time about life, how much he loves his job and how amazing of a manager Danielle is, and

First time at Chili's and had a hot and spicy fun time!!! The food was very tasty! Amanda, are server, was so helpful when my dish was too spicy hot!! She immediately got me a new dish, and my taste buds were restored! Get price on beers and a President's Margarita!! Cheese cake is heavenly!!

Had Emily as our server and she was fantastic and very attentive! We were a party of 10, and she handled everything smoothly. The food came out fast and fresh, and everything was delicious. Chili’s is our favorite place to eat with large groups.

Every Sunday for the past two years I go to your Horseheads location.I sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks and a snack or a meal. The bartender introduced herself the very first time I stopped in. Her name is Neiko. I am also in the food business. She’s very attentive and friendly to all the patrons at the bar. Quite honestly she is the reason I keep coming back. It’s more like spending time with a friend than someone who is just there to do her job. I would love to have someone like her working for me and I hope you realize how valuable she is to your company

My first time here after wanting to try this out. First impression was good. The place looked nice and welcoming. The servers are so attentive and nice. The food was so heavy for me but delicious. I loved my time here and would like to come back once I visit USA again.
